Repeat performance


This high-intensity interval cardio circuit is aimed at improving core conditioning and adding some tone to those stubborn-to-shift love handles. The challenge here is to complete each of the three rounds as quickly as possible, while also maintaining good form. The one-minute rest between rounds should give you enough recovery time to hit each new circuit as hard - and hopefully even harder - than the last round.

No rest for the ripped


To ensure muscle fatigue, this circuit should be done using the heaviest weights you can safely handle for the desired number of reps. There should be no rest between exercises and rounds; the aim is to feel the muscles bum and generate lots of lactic acid, which will signal the brain to produce more muscle-building and fat-burning hormones.
